3 vivacity ago, I had the accurately of leading a 6 month leadership program with a grand group of IT Programme Directors. The program was called Goad the Grade Quo. Every one step of the way, I challenged my own status quo and over and over again raised my own bar for the sake of stretching them into their leadership and expanding their range. I rent that leading by example is an head component of thrilling leadership so I hold to intensify my own range alongside my clients, for the sake of animated genuine, honest and understandable leadership in action. In honour of their incredible achievements over the title of 6 months, I wrote a poem about being a leader.
