Help Finding A Book

This is a Harlequin Presents book about a couple with kids. Its opens with the wife getting a call from a woman saying that her husband had just left her and was on his way home. She confronts the husband when he gets home and asks if he's in love with the woman and he says that he's not sure. They had gotten married because she was young and pregnant but in the time he had become a millionaire. She asked him if he would have married her if she wasn' pregnant and he said no he wouldn't have.

I think that they had 3 kids and the youngest one was an hyperactive girl that tired her out which is why she wasn't in the mood for sex all the time. He had to stay at home with the kids one day and came to the realization that putting up with this kid was full time job.

I also think that she ends up leaving and going on a trip without telling the husband and the only way he can track her is her shopping with her credit cards through Italy and France. The final scene is when she comes to his office after the trip and he so relieved that she's back that he tells her he loves her and they get back together.

She has a sister in the book that has never liked the husband and encourages her to leave him. The sister has her own book later and they reference the almost affair in the sister's book and that now the sister and husband likes each other. The sister had a booth at the weekend open market that the wife would sometimes visit.

In my earlier post, I had this book confused with Emma Darcy's Marriage Meltdown which was very similar.

Hope someone can remember this book.
